What to Expect at a LimeLite Shoot

Booking a LimeLite shoot can be exciting, and we want you to feel fully prepared before the cameras start rolling. Here’s a quick overview of how things usually go when working with LimeLite:

Before the Shoot:

We’ll prep together! Ahead of your shoot, we’ll confirm your schedule, location, and any interview questions or visuals we’ll need based on your request form. Don’t forget to create your very own production plan to ensure your shoot runs as smoothly as possible. For more tips and tricks on how to prepare for a video shoot, check out our help doc (How to Prepare for a Video Shoot).

During the Shoot:

We’ll handle the setup. Our crew will arrive on time to set up the camera(s), lights, and sound equipment. We’ll guide you and your team through the process, giving easy direction for those on camera so they feel natural and at ease. Sometimes, small adjustments are needed, such as adjusting for better lighting or minimizing background noise, but you can trust that we’ll handle these details promptly and keep everything on track. You’re more than welcome to be involved by offering feedback throughout your shoot, or you can simply relax while we take care of the production!

After the Shoot:

Once filming wraps up, we’ll pack up the equipment and check in with you to ensure we’ve captured everything we need. From there, our editing team steps in, and you’ll decide how to use your credits, whether that’s creating a polished video, multiple versions, or social media vignettes.

Tips and Tricks:

To help make the day even smoother, choose a filming location that reflects your brand and is free from background noise. And if there’s a specific shot, message, or moment that’s important to you, please share it with us before filming begins so we can ensure it's captured.

Our promise is to keep the shoot day simple, stress-free, and even a little fun! With planning already in place, you can focus on your message while we handle the details. Together, we’ll create something that makes your brand stand out.
