Event Videos with LimeLite
Events move fast. Your video team should know what matters before the doors open.
Whether you're capturing a conference, trade show, company event, grand opening, or industry gathering, a little planning goes a long way toward making sure your LimeLite Creator captures the content you need.
What Comes Standard?
A standard LimeLite shoot includes a dedicated Creator arriving prepared to capture the content and accomplish the video objectives established before the shoot.
Those objectives are based on the information provided through your request form and any additional planning or communication leading up to the event.
For event coverage, this might include:
- Key moments and activities
- Event atmosphere and attendee interactions
- Interviews or testimonials
- Speakers or presentations
- Booth or product coverage
- Footage needed for a planned event recap
- Other specific video objectives discussed ahead of time
The more we know before the event, the better we can prioritize your time on site.
What's Not Automatically Included?
Some event needs require additional services and are not included with a standard LimeLite shoot.
Photography
Need professional photos in addition to video? Photography should be added to your request so we can plan your coverage accordingly.
Drone
Looking for aerial footage of the venue, event, or surrounding area? Drone coverage is available as an add-on and must be planned in advance.
Raw File Delivery
Your standard LimeLite deliverables do not include delivery of all raw footage captured during your event. Raw File Delivery can be added when you need access to the original media.
Rush Editing
Need your video fast? Make sure we know before the event.
Event content often has a shorter shelf life than other types of video. You may need a recap posted the next morning, social content while the event is still happening, or even a finished video before the event ends.
Standard LimeLite production does not include same-day or expedited editing.
If your event requires a faster-than-standard turnaround, Rush Editing should be added to your request before the shoot.
This allows our team to plan the production and post-production schedule appropriately and make sure the right resources are available to meet your deadline.
Think Beyond the Recap
An event doesn't have to result in just one video.
With the right plan, your LimeLite Creator can capture content that continues working long after the event ends:
- Event recap videos
- Customer testimonials
- Employee interviews
- Social media content
- Product demonstrations
- Speaker highlights
- Thought leadership
- Sales and recruiting content
- Future marketing B-roll
Before submitting your request, think about what you want to walk away with, not just what is happening at the event.
Planning a Trade Show?
Trade shows create even more opportunities for content, but they also introduce additional production considerations.
Your Creator may need to balance booth coverage, customer interactions, interviews, product demonstrations, speakers, conference-floor B-roll, and scheduled events happening throughout the day.
For larger trade shows, consider whether your objectives require:
- Additional shoot time
- Multiple Creators
- Photography
- Rush Editing
- Drone coverage
- Raw File Delivery
- LimeLite GO for events outside your normal service area
We'll help you determine the right approach based on what you want to accomplish.
Make Your Event Work Harder
The best event coverage starts before the event.
Tell us what's happening, what matters most, who will be there, and what content you want to create. From there, we can help determine what can be accomplished with your standard LimeLite shoot and where an add-on might help you get more from the opportunity.
Plan ahead. Capture more. Get more from your event with LimeLite.
